Dr. Sara Beaver can't wait to take care of your eyes. Born and raised in Columbia, SC, she’s thrilled to be practicing in Blythewood. After receiving a degree in Nutrition from The University of Florida, Dr. Beaver graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Her passion for optometry blossomed during several international mission trips that allowed her to serve patients who may never have been given access to eye care otherwise. She learned vision is truly a gift.
Dr. Jennifer Camp
Dr. Jennifer Camp earned her BS degree in psychobiology at UCLA before graduating from the Southern California College of Optometry, where she attended school on a military scholarship. After serving twenty years as an Army optometrist and healthcare leader, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clinic. Dr. Camp achieved her Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry in 2001 and in the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2011. During her tenure in the military, she trained more than 50 optometrists and specialized in the care of veterans and their family members. She has a passion for serving others. She works with the partially-sighted at the SC Commission for the Blind and volunteers as a coach for the Blythewood High School color guard, winter guard, and marching band.
